Problem
My partner and I need to design a car that will drive up the steep hill.
Choice 1
This design did not do as well as I thought it would. I thought that this design could actually go up 45 degrees, but it failed. There was not enough traction in the tires for the car to succeed the challenge.
Choice 2
Although this design looks like it could make it up 45 degrees, it failed also. This design also did not have enough traction in the tires.

This was our best design. We built a track that could support the gears the whole way up. We used the gears as wheels, so it looked like a roller coaster going up the track.
